From our outside dining area to our historic vaults the house shows off its intricate, exposed brick work. Having become somewhat of badge for our establishment the brick design permeates even the hotel rooms. Overseen and designed by our long standing foreman mister Hubert, who has been the heart and soul of our renovations around the house for years. His eye for beauty can be seen in almost every corner of the house as much as in this room.
